Population Science Management (PSM) is a data research and analytics company built for a changing workforce. It gives independent workers a structured way to contribute — completing periodic, app-based tasks as Consumer Data Respondents.
Eligible individuals become Working Owners by holding a fractional equity interest in the partnership and contributing to its operations.
What the relationship includes
Sign a Joinder Agreement and become a fractional equity owner of PSM
Complete health and consumer surveys via the app to remain in good standing
Receive compensation for completed surveys, plus a limited partner ownership interest
Receive a Schedule K-1 and Form 1095 as part of a real, documented relationship

How it works
For active, eligible Working Owners who meet program requirements, the relationship may include the opportunity to explore PSM’s employer-sponsored group health benefits — which can include major medical and limited medical options on trusted national networks.
Specific plan details and pricing are reviewed individually with a licensed broker after suitability and Working Owner status are established. Benefit options are not guaranteed and may vary.
GigCare is not insurance. Eligibility to participate in PSM’s employer-sponsored group health plan requires Working Owner status and meeting program requirements. Plan discussions occur with a licensed broker after suitability.
